Your flight has landed... You are in Playa Blanca, the sun is shining and you are finally stretching out on the beach.

But is your Body really on holiday?

Your mind may be ready to relax, while your jaw still feels tight, your shoulders remain lifted and your back or forearms cannot completely let go. Your body may still be carrying the journey, months of work, physical effort, stress or even the argument you had that morning.

The tension you feel is not always limited to one muscle, it may also involve the fascia: the continuous network of connective tissue that wraps around and connects the muscles and other structures throughout your body.

Fascia is important for movement and for the way you feel your body, because it forms a connected network, tension may be experienced across different areas rather than in only one place.

At Mané, this is why we do not simply massage the muscles or repeat the same routine for everyone...

In every treatment, from Relaxing Massage and Deep Tissue Massage to ReBalance and ReBrain, we listen to the body and work with both the muscles and the fascia.

Our aim is to help the tissues soften and support a deeper sense of release, one that may stay with you after the treatment and help you move, rest and enjoy the following days more freely.

For visitors, it is an opportunity to let the body truly enter the holiday.

For residents, it is a way to release the tension carried through everyday life...

because a good massage should not only relax you for one hour, It should help your whole body arrive on holiday with you.
